Tap That Ale
Besting two hundred and two other India Pale Ales at the two thousand twelfth Great American Beer Festival (GABF), the Tap It IPA clearly has star power. Honorary member of our team, fellow enthusiast and acclaimed filmmaker Silvia Turchin brought a six pack over and we gave the brew full honors in Mimi's garden. The technique of adding the hops to the kettle pre boil helps keep things smooth while the favored attributes in scent and taste shin through.
